Social Impact Hub Community Activities
Weekly Meet-ups
During the first meet-up 09 October’2025, participants shared their national training outcomes, discussed new skills, and identified topics for deeper exploration. First cross-country collaborations also emerged between Lithuania, Latvia, and Finland.
Starting from 16 October’ 2025 every Thursday, the community gathers to deepen knowledge, share inspiration, and explore new tools and ideas. All presentation materials are uploaded to #learning-materials, forming a growing archive of shared learning.
Facilitators keep the momentum between sessions by posting articles, tools, and mini-challenges in #resources, encouraging participants to apply their learning creatively and at their own pace.
Engagement activities include:
Community tasks (e.g. Social Halloween Initiative, Baltic–Nordic Social Enterprise)
Polls (e.g. best AI video creation tool, favourite AI tool for content creation)
Mentorship threads with facilitators
This blend of structured learning and playful interaction strengthens community bonds, cross-border collaboration, and creative curiosity.
Local Support
Alongside international interaction, each country maintains its own local discussion space on Discord — #lithuania, #latvia, and #finland.
These channels provide room for localized communication and mentorship, allowing participants to connect directly with their national facilitator, share insights from local trainings, and discuss ideas or challenges in their native language.
This structure ensures a healthy balance between cross-border collaboration and national-level guidance, helping participants feel both globally connected and locally supported throughout the learning journey.
Results & Indicators

Next Steps: Alumni Network
After project completion, the Social Impact Hub will remain active as a sustainable digital space for networking, mentorship, and collaboration.
Volunteers from partner organizations will host virtual meet-ups every three months, ensuring the community continues active across the Baltic–Nordic region.
Expected Long-Term Impact:
A lasting network of young social entrepreneurs
Strengthened Baltic-Nordic cooperation
Promotion of a culture of innovation, creativity, and social entrepreneurship across the region.
Together, Motyvaciniai Projektai (LT), Foundation Smart Minds (LV), and Learning for Integration (FI) are building a vibrant cross-border community where young changemakers can grow, collaborate, and turn their ideas into meaningful social impact.
